Death came last night to Mrs. Leah Sering, wife of Ralph Sering compositor in the employ of the Moline Dispath. The end came in the home, 517 Twentieth Street, Rock Island of heart trouble.  She had long been an invalid, though her last illness was of three weeks’ duration only.  Mrs. Sering was born in Crawfordsville, Ind Aug 14, 1888 and oct 20, 1912 she was married at Danville, Ill to Mr. Sering. They removed to Rock Island last Oct. One daughter, now 12 years old, was born to her by a former marriage, and this daughter survives with the widower, two brothers in Crawfordsville, one in US service in France and one sister in Cannelton, Ind. Funeral services will be held in the Hodgson Chapel in Rock Ilsnad Wed afternoon and burial will be in Chippannock Cemetery. Mrs. Sering is the fourth member of her family to die within the last year.
